From an early age

I always knew that I wanted to 'grow up' to be someone who worked with others in redesigning behaviors.

Unknown to me at that time, this passion would come to life in the world of psychology and coaching. From my very first psychology lecture at college, I knew I had found my home. I found the biological side of psychology to be absolutely fascinating, leading to an embracing of neuroscience, and a life long-love affair with how the brain works.

By using the complex world of Neuroscience to bring understanding to why´we do the things we do, and what behaviors create certain kind of results and consequences, we can purposefully and intentionally change our behavior to produce desirable results.
