Even though I have my Master’s Degree and 2 Professional Certifications, I know what it’s like to struggle with brokenness, because years ago, that struggle consumed my life.
I know what it’s like to wake up and not know if there will
be food for the day, gas for the car, or a place to live at the end of the
month. I know
what it’s like to have no house, no car, no job, the children lost to a bad
divorce, feeling like you’ve been knocked flat on your back. And I know
what it’s like to lay down at night wondering if everything is going to be
okay.
It got so
bad, I felt like every time I tried to “fix” a part of my life, I just ended up
shredding my hands on the shards of the broken mess it was.
So, I know how
painful it can be. I know how much of a struggle it is to find a place to call
happy.
Being
alive means being infused with the energy of life.
Enjoying each part of
it and finding joy, peace, gratefulness, contentment, and most of all,
happiness in each moment of the day.
Like a river flowing down the path of least resistance ...
We do what we have always done, react to life the way we have been programmed or trained to repeatedly throughout our life - never realizing that we are in control of our choices, reactions, behaviours, or feelings.
We do the same dance, walk the same steps over and over - on autopilot, by default, out of control, not able to change - because we don't know what it is that we need to do to create that change.

We develop your ability to purposefully and mindfully change your behaviors and rewire your mind to achieve your happiness, contentment, joy, and peace.

When we understand why we do the things we do, and what produces certain types of behaviours, we can create purposeful changes that release us from a cycle of unhappiness and unfulfillment.
When we are truly able to understand and connect with ourselves, then there are so many positive results that begin to show up in our lives.
We step away from the negative emotions and programmed behavior patterns that are holding us back and impacting our thinking; we feel confident within who we are, and anger, resentment, bitterness, self pity, unforgiveness just melt away. We respond differently to situations, look at others and the world in a more positive way, and discover a new way to live life truly happy.
